DEVKI TURKAZ INDUSTRIAL SYSTEM presents an integrated concept for transforming locally sourced iron ore fines into cooled, screened and dispatch-ready pellets through coordinated process engineering, utilities, automation and environmental controls.

The proposed production chain begins with receiving, stockpiling and reclaiming iron ore from local sources in Taita Taveta, including potential supply from the Kishushe area. Ore is crushed, screened and ground to prepare a fine pellet feed. Beneficiation by magnetic separation or flotation may be included when the ore characteristics require improved iron grade or reduced gangue.
